Description: 

Alex is quite average for a Shinx, maybe a little on the fluffy side, but all around a regular shinx. The only thing that is unusual about her appearance is a yellow birthmark on her chest that is usually hidden by her band. Also, that her eyes were instead of pure yellow, were a yellow, green color. In her other form, she is slim and lean, appearing to look like a 13yr old, when she is more 16ish actually. Most girls would care that they were flat chested, and to be fair Alex would have too. If she had grown up with a mother figure to teach her about womanly things, but she didn't so she doesn't really see the big deal about the lack of boobs. Her light blue hair is constantly sticking up all over the place because she has static running through it, making it frizzy all the time. Her clothes would be considered skimpy to most people. With only wearing a midriff showing vest and short shorts, and her fingerless yellow gloves, with no shoes on top of it all. Then again, Alex doesn't think of it as immodest. These were clothes she had grown up in from a younger age. So instead of getting new ones she just kept on wearing her old ones because they were still comfortable to her, also, shoes were for wimps. One thing she is constantly wearing is though, is her father's old green bandana, from when he first started out on his own adventures. Also, whenever it is possible, a flower of some type will be in her hair.
    Luxio Alex - Alex has now evolved into a Luxio looking like any regular Luxio except for her slightly off eye color and being fluffy. Her other form has evolved to look more like an older teenage girl now, her hair turning black and growing out to show thick wavy hair. She's also changed up her style some also, changing the position of her bandanna so the majority of the cloth hangs over her back, switching her old ripped shorts for a new pair of more adventure savy shorts along with a belt that hold two different pouches. She has also came to the decision that even though shoes very much are uncomfortable, they can be very useful for things like walking through snow, so she has finally decided to wear some shoes, even if they are opened toed sandals. 

Personality: Naive Nature/ Impetuous and Silly

As her nature says, Alex is quite naive on how the world works. Not completely her fault, with an overprotective father and them living on the outskirts of a noble Pokemon' land, with their only visitors the noble and his son. Not the best way to raise a young child, but it happened anyway. And honestly Alex didn't mind it, she has always been a happy and carefree girl, always trying to see the best in things even when it's a hopeless cause. She has no care for labels and stereotypes, she doesn't consider herself a tomboy or Xander a snob. When she thinks of herself or any other person, she sees herself as Alex being Alex, and a person as themselves, not anything else. But with living her entire life in a single place has made her eager to see new places and do new things that her hyperactive eagerness can be too much to some people. But her naivety comes with a downside though. She's not dumb to say, but she's not the brightest crayon in the box, and it makes her extremely gullible to people. Completely believing a lie someone could tell her to be the truth until someone takes pity on the poor girl and tells her the truth. She knows that she is ignorant of a lot of things and she gets embarrassed when some points out something she got wrong, and if someone is quite cruel, it can bring her tears. But all together, she tries to not let her ignorance get in the way of learning more, and with her friend, Xander's help she hopes to expand her horizons. Even if it might take a while to catch up.

Combat: 

Though Alex doesn't look like, don't let her appearance fool you. Despite not teaching her how things work in life, her father being a retired adventurer(?) himself, despite being overprotective, made sure that his little girl could fight if she ever needed too. Alex is quick and limber, and uses that to her advantage. She fights with a roguish style, dodging and weaving out of enemy attacks, and when seeing an opening she goes in for an attack, striking quick and hard, and leaving just as quickly. Her main weapon is a pair of knuckle duster knives on both of her hands, with the knife part able to fold in, making it easier for Alex to climb and grab things with out ever being disarmed.... they also make it easier for Alex to make sure Xander feels it when she hits him for for being mean.

Backstory: 

When Alex was just an egg, she was found abandoned in a mystery dungeon, by the Pokemon she would call daddy, an old Feraligatr who called himself Freddy. He's an ex-adventurer; he would say to Alex, who was trying to leave his old life behind when he found her in a mystery dungeon. He knew not why she was there, maybe the parents had hid her to keep her safe from being killed by monster's before being killed themselves. Maybe they had cruelly abandoned her there, left to die before even entering the world. Freddy had found her egg that day though, and decided to take her with him, deciding he would be a father in this new life he wanted to create for himself, with Alex as that child.

So he hurried to find a place to call home, a place where no one from his old life would ever find him before the egg could hatch. That's when he ran into a Hydreigon called Lord Darius. After doing a humongous favor for the man, he asked the lord for a favor in return. A place to live quietly away from the rest of the world, to live on a small plot of land hidden from the remainder of the village. For you see Lord Darius' family ruled over a small but well off town in the mountains, and he was the head of his family. It was the perfect place for him to hide away and start his life over, and the lord, grateful for what Freddy had done for him, reluctantly granted his favor.

So Alex was hatched and grew up in a little house by a pond, hidden just outside the town, past the lord's residence. Being named Alexandria, despite the lord's son being named Alexander. Though she lived in walking distance to the lord's house, she rarely ever entered the actual residence. And even though Freddy grew into rather close friends with the lord, Darius never took a part of Alex's upbringing, finding no need to since he was neither her father or a close relative. So she grew up with little knowledge of anything outside the piece of land they lived on, with her father only teaching her the basics for reading and writing, some maths, and combat training.

Though it was a rather isolated life, she was happy with it while growing up. She adored her dad and the rather edited versions of his old adventures he would tell her. Even Lord Darius was like a kind if a bit cold sometimes, uncle to her. Though her most favorite person was her best and only friend, Lord Darius' son Alexander the Deino, or otherwise called Xander by her. She was rather grateful for living isolated away from the town. For she knew if they were not dependent on Lord Darius for giving them basic supplies, she would have never been introduced to Xander by his father, if she had lived in the town.

When Alex finally came to the age where she was eager to leave her home, it was Xander who gave her the courage. Him leaving for his journey, as was the tradition of his family when they came of age that gave her the extra push of motivation to leave finally. She left in the middle of the night, leaving only a simple note for her father that she was leaving. Alex caught up to Xander by the next day, convincing him to not only take her along with him, but to form a rescue team also. They wandered lost for several weeks before finally arriving in Blue Town, the first town they found.

Other Information: 

• Alex actually has a pretty decent singing voice, nothing to be wowed by, but can be pretty soothing to a person.

• Despite being ticklish, her feet are not. Because of walking around so much outside barefoot, her feet have grown tough, because of it, only requiring shoes in extremely cold or hot tempered ground.

• Loves the outdoors, and doing outdoor activities. Is a hands on learner.

• Kanja has taken to choosing Alex's outfits now, or more dressing her up to his choosing with some input from Alex.

Description: 

Xander is on the big side for a Deino. Not enormously larger, but slightly on the average, though considering his father is well over 6ft for a Hydreigon, it was to be expected that Xander would be big for his species. But besides being slightly larger, Xander looks like how any other Deino would appear, including the blindness. No one knows for sure why Deino's are born blind, especially since their final form have perfectly good vision. But such a trait even carries over to his human form, or more precisely it renders himself physically unable to open his eyes. In human form, Xander is a muscular man with dark skin. His hair is black, being shaped into a bowl cut with only a single piece of hair sticking up to represent his horn. He always keeps himself covered up in his furred jacket, pants and boots. Though underneath the jacket, if you get him to take it off he has a metal chest plate and arm covers for armor, and underneath his armor is just a simple white t-shirt. Though if your ever lucky enough to see him without his shirt on he has a scar on his back from when he was attacked in his youth.

    Zweilous Xander - In Xander's new evolved form he looks like your average Zweilous with the two heads, though the two do not get along. The left head is Xander's normal personality from his deino form, while the right head is his more berserk side. It doesn't speak much except when trying to enact violence in someway, either by speaking to provoke or to by acting hostile. In his human form his outfit has changed to more of a knight look, with armor now visible on him, with gauntlets and metal boots. He has a raggedy old black cape the falls to right side of his body covering his magenta chain-mail shirt along with a blue tunic that covers the chain-mail. With his father not around to trim his hair up for him, his hair has grown out, flopping into his eyes. The only other thing to note on him is the shoulder guard that is used to hold his cloak on. If you look close enough you can see that a face is lightly engraved into the metal with a red gem to place where it's eyes would be, which will look like it is smiling, though sometimes it will change slightly if you pay attention.  

Personality: Lonely Nature/A little quick tempered

Xander is a very closed off person, not by choice per say, but mostly by habit. He has learned from most of his clan members, the few that he has met, that lack of emotional control is looked down upon by his family. For a good reason though, because their tempers have a habit of becoming deadly, and uncontrollable. It is something Xander has learned that he is not an exception too, no matter how much he wishes he was. So he tends to come off as cold, keep tight control on his emotional state, afraid that one day he might snap and hurt someone. There's only one person that can melt his walls some, calm him down when his temper starts rising, that person being his only friend, Alex. He has no idea how or why only her, but she does, so he tends to either just stick close to Alex, which she doesn't mind, or be by himself, which she does mind.

Combat: 

Xander is an upfront offensive fighter, not having much in the way of speed or a light step. He is a front line hitter, taking the attention away from Alex so she can go for their weak spots. His main weapon is a sword he was given by his father before he left on his journey. It can't be seen underneath his clothes, but he wears armor for protection and has a rather thick skull and uses it to headbutt people. Also since being blind from birth, Xander's other senses, hearing, smell, and touch, have compensated for it. Making him rather sensitive, but it helps him to be a capable fighter, allowing for his blindness to not get in the way of fighting.

Backstory: 

Xander was born to a well-off family of Hydreigon, who ran a small town in the mountains. His father, called Lord Darius by the townsfolk despite not having no official title, was the head of his line. While his mother was a third or fourth cousin of his father, arranged to marry from their youth. His parents weren't close, both knowing it was a marriage of convenience, and only stayed close enough to conceive an egg. After that they basically had nothing to do with each other unless it dealt with their son.

Xander spent most of his toddler years by his mother side, his father feeling awkward around such a small child and saw with his own eyes as his mom sunk into depression. For you see his mother, before being married to his father, had fallen in love with her best friend, a young Scrafty. She had gone to her parents, wanting to call off the marriage to Darius, and marry her love. Her family would not allow it though, banishing the Scrafty away from the town and pushing for the wedding to happen sooner. So she was forced to marry Darius, and had Xander, slowly drowning in depression. But she continued to carry on in the hope of one day her love would come to take her away from this life.

Then one day she got a letter, and Xander learned why the Hydreigon's were called the brutal Pokemon for a reason, and of the curse that was put on their family. Hydreigon's have a deep need, or hunger as the family called it, for destruction and violence. So much so that it can consume them, causing them to fall into rage and attack and devour any person or thing, even people they care for. The letter informed her of the Scrafty's death, and with her love's death, any hope for herself died with him, and her rage and despair consumed her. Xander knowing not of what was happening to his mother, had gone to try and comfort her after hearing his mother's cry of hopelessness and sensing her collapsing to the ground. But the hunger consumed her quickly, her will weak from years of depression. So when Xander got near her, she turned to attack him, despite him being her son, having loved him despite not having the father she would have preferred.

Xander would have died that day by his own mother's hands if it weren't for Darius having also heard his wife's cry, and had come running to check on them. Darius took the attack that would have killed his young son's life, being severely wounded in the process. Lord Darius had no idea what had caused his wife to fall into the Rage, the knowledge of his wife's old love being kept only in her immediate family. He pushed her out of the town though, despite being wounded. Knowing it was his responsibility as head of the household to stop her before she killed any anyone, he rushed back to check on his son quickly before going to confront her. Finding him traumatized but alive, but also her letter. Reading it, he realized that there was no saving his wife, that the only way to stop her would be to put her out of her misery.

So despite being pretty severely injured himself, he rushed out to find his wife, after making sure Xander was in capable hands. He had no problems finding his wife, only having to follow the destruction left in her wake. When he finally found her, she no longer looked like the woman he had lived with for 9yrs, still resembling a Hydreigon, but looking more like the monsters that roamed the mystery dungeons. Though to his surprise he found not just his wife, but a scarred up Feraligatr holding his own against her, Alex's father Freddy. He watched in awe as the man battled his wife, and despite her rage, she lost against the Feraligatr, though still alive. Darius approached him then, explaining to him the situation, and asking Freddy to do him the favor of putting his wife out of her misery, having not the strength left to do it himself. Because even though she for now was defeated, when he looked into her exhausted eyes, still tinged red from the rage, he saw she had no will anymore to fight the madness. So even if they brought her back to recover, she would fall right back into it. Surprised but understanding, Freddy agreed to it if only if Darius agreed to a favor of his own, which the Lord accepted.

So Freddy made him a widow that day, and he told Darius the truth of his own situation. That he was a long time criminal trying to hide away and start a new life for himself with the egg, he planned on raising. So the favor he was asking Darius for was to hide him away in a small piece of land so no one would find him. That is how Freddy and Alex came to be under Lord Darius' care, hidden away from the rest of the town. His father gave Xander the whole truth after burying his mother. What had happened to his mother, the facts of their lineage's curse and who and what Freddy was, and why he now their responsibility. Since then he has lived with the undercurrent of fear, fear of one day the hunger will consume him also.

But as he has grew up, he realized something strange. That whenever he was starting to get mad or irritated, all he would have to do is go be by Alex's side for a bit, and he would feel calm, content. Hanging out with Alex was his only source of hope for him that he could maybe conquer the hunger, and hopefully one day never have to fear it again. So when the time came for him to go on his family's traditional journey, and Alex decided to make Xander bring her along. He didn't put up much of a fight, afraid of leave home all alone, he gave in quickly to letting her join him and to forming a rescue team. Despite believing that she would have been safer staying back home, where no one, but his father knew that she was the daughter of a wanted criminal. But as long as they kept quiet about it, no one would find out. Right?

Other Information: 

• Despite only being the de facto mayor of the town and having no real title, the townspeople still call Xander's family members lord or lady because of fear of them and of an old rumor that their family use to be nobles from a distant land that no one knows for sure is true. Even his family themselves, though they don't bother trying to correct them.

• Xander was the one to name themselves Team Blue, despite the town being called Blue Town, it comes from not just them being blue themselves, but an inside joke between them from when they were young, that makes Alex very embarrassed and forcefully stops Xander from telling the story every time.

Description: 

Despite his one of a kind personality, Kanja does not stand out compared to his Skrelp brethren, looking like any old average Skrelp. To make up for this though, he tries to stand out even more in his human form. In this form he has tanned skin with upper back length lilac hair. He is tall and lean to add to his charming looks. He tends to wear a light long sleeved brown tunic, with a more stiff deep purple vest, and to give his outfit a little flair he cinches a red rope belt around his waist. Practically invisible on his neck, Kanja has gills that allow him to breath underwater.     

Personality: Quirky Nature/Somewhat vain

Kanja is a over dramatic flirt, if it he thinks it's attractive he will hit on it. Not to say he doesn't have some limits, though little they are. He will refuse to actively flirt with a person in a relationship, though if he finds that both people in the couple are attractive, Kanja will want to make the duo into a trio. But when you see him most of the time he will be loud, exuberant, and dramatic, and will most likely be pissing off or creeping out someone. If you do ever catch him on his tame and quiet days, he will be usually pursuing some type of intellectual pursuits, usually by reading books, or have a relaxing swim. He prides himself on being smarter than people assume, his sharp tongue as ready to cut out stinging critic as much as flowery compliments.

Combat: 

Kanja will be the first to runaway in a situation that is over his head. His species is not very strong or fast, so he has always had to be able to out smart any opponents he's had or be more sneaky. He uses the glass orbs on his hands as conduits for his moves to play a support role. Use a toxic to weaken a strong opponent down. Throw a smokescreen to make cover for Alex and put Xander in an advantage. A water pulse to do damage but also confuse the enemy. He tends to stand back and keep an eye on the battlefield and give support where he can, depending on his teammates to defend him.

Backstory: 

Kanja has refused to give much of anything about himself. The only clear thing he tells anyone is that he is supposedly a Prince, but when asked where or of what place, all he will say is that it is across the ocean far away and give a grin, so no one really actually believes that he is an actual prince, even gullible Alex doesn't believe the Prince story. So his past remains shrouded in mystery for the time being.

Other Information: 

• He's a bit of a fashion diva, wanting his teammates to be as fashionable as himself. 

• Believes that Alex and Xander are a couple and wants to get in the middle of that.

• Doesn't like how people try to keep Alex 'innocent', believes it does more harm then good.
